octopus help MS500 nvm and qcn


octopus help MS500 nvm and qcn i need it i unlocked and i put sim and make call and says i emergny only please help unfortunley dont have logs i know with qcn and nvm it should work

Hello.

Please install latest Software version (Software), fully charge phone's battery by using external charger and repeat the "Unlock" operation with enabled (marked) "Skip Read/Write QCN during the Unlock operation" option in the Software. Then insert SIM card, wait 5-7 minutes and try to find and select network manually. Post here the result.

Disconnect all other devices from PC, re-boot the PC, fully charge phone's battery by using external charger, turn on USB Debugging Mode and try again. Post here the result. Also post log with the "Unlock" operation from Download Mode.

We have prepared and sent You test Software version to PM. Install this Software, disconnect all other devices from PC, re-boot the PC, fully charge phone's battery by using external charger, turn on USB Debugging Mode and try to perfrom the "Unlock" operation fom Normal Mode. Post here the result.

Try to perfrom the "Unlock" operation on another PC.

unfortunetly this the only fone ive had trouble with ,customer wanted fone back paid code and got it done but we still need a good qcn file on support it wasnt getting 4g but customer didnt mind
