For what Win 7 version exactly? For x32 or x64?

I also have same problem..I have two octopus one is small one and other one is big one but the big one which I just received one week a go have problem that I can't connect with uart cable but same cable is working on small one I also bought the Umar cable from gsmsrver which is this one
