ok as i mention in my post before i already install all of those drivers the only one i havent install is the jtag drivers software runs good with no problems at all the only thing i did was switch XP to 7 since i was having problems repairing the boot on two LG phone LG P769 the other model I don't recall right now I think is P768g in windows XP it was repairing the boot for 3 days at 92000 baund rate so what I did was used a different computer not mine but it has octopus install in it with windows 7 and the repairing was done in less than 5 mins at 11000 baund rate so i went back to my conmputer with XP and sat the speed to 11000 but still would take for ever so i installed the box in my windows 7 machine and that is where i'm having problems installing smard card drivers

Not all devices can be repaired by performing this Repair procedure. If after of performing Repair procedure, it is impossible to write firmware, currently no solution for such devices.

Also, the problem can be with HW.
