Hello.

Please do the next:
1. Install latest version of the Software.
2. Install "LG United Mobile Driver v 3.8.1".
3. Install "LG Android ADB Driver".
4. Remove SD and SIM cards from the phone.
5. Connect powered-on phone to PC with Micro USB cable.
6. Enter correct IMEI.
7. Click "IMEI fix" button.

Note 1: Phone should be connected directly to PC. Try to use different USB ports for connection.
Note 2: To connect the phone in Normal Mode, do the next: Type ##3424#, go to "Diag" menu and select "Enable". This menu is blocked by SPC/MSL, which can be provided by network provider.
