Octopus team please help my octopus box

Smart card Block why? Please check my Card SERIAL.

I try to Update my card but not work still SMARTCARD BLOCk.

Me Too.My octopus Open is Show " The Octopus LG is not Activated on the current card."
Pls help.why MY OCtopus activated ? i active ok !
