failed on writing

tried to flash again but cant acces to download mode while press vol up , power on and back button as instruction from support

please help

Hello.

Please install latest Software version, fully charge phone's battery and try to reflash the phone again.

To enter Emergency/Download mode, disconnect cable, reconnect the battery, press and hold "Back"+"Vol+"+"Power ON" buttons and connect cable.

I tried that several times but it goes to " fastboot mode," i cleaned all volume buttons and home and back buttons as well but cant acces to download mode.

any tricks to set on download mode?

Try to connect the phone directly to PC via P999 cable (with 910kOm resistor) and check, whether phone enters Emergency/Download mode.
