Hello.

Please perform the next steps:
1. Put the phone into Emergency Mode manually (disconnect the cable, reconnect the battery, press and hold "Back" + "Vol+" + "Power ON" keys and connect the USB cable).
2. Make Unlock.
3. Put the phone into Emergency Mode manually again.
4. Select firmware "LGP500AT-00-V20c-EUR-XX-JUN-20-2011+0".
5. Select (check) "Write boot loaders" option.
7. Press "Write firmware" button.

Note: if there will occurs an error during process of writing firmware, You mandatory should reconnect the battery and put the phone into Emergency Mode manually and repeat the procedure of writing firmware again! Otherwise, phone's boot can be damage!
Please uninstall all BB software, modem dashboard software and PC Suite software.
Also please don't use USB hubs or PCI USB ports, You need to use motherboard USB ports only!

Also please, make sure the phone's battery is fully charged. Disconnect all other devices from the computer (including phones, modems, etc.) and close all other running programs. To avoid errors in the flashing process, use a clean PC (without any installed drivers for other Qualcomm-based devices). You should not run any other
programs or attach new devices to your computer during the flashing! Please, follow these simple precautions to avoid damaging your phone.

Try to re-flash the phone using original LG flasher. If the problem will be the same - this can be HW problem.
