Hello.
What was the version of phone's firware before You have tried to flash phone?
Please fully charge phone's battery, put the phone into Emergency mode manually ("Vol+" + "Back" + "Power ON") and try to write firmware again.

Please explain the problem in more details, step by step. What is the state of your phone? What is the firmware version in your phone?
Also please post here full software log with all of your actions.
