P712 Problem help please


Hi,
I have a problem with P712
I try to make a hard reset and I cant
I flashed but the phone not restored
When I enter in the menu-restore cant delete user data, nothing happend
Also I make Factory Reset with sw and nothing happend

Can help me please ?

Hello.

Try to do the next:

1. Fully charge phone's battery.
2. Install the latest Software version (Software).
3. Re-connect the battery and put the phone into Emergency/Download Mode manually.
4. Make Repair security.
5. Re-connect the battery and put the phone into Emergency/Download Mode manually.
6. Re-flash the phone.
7. Power the phone on and make Repair NVM.
8. Write here the result.

Re-flash the phone again. If the problem is the same - check phone's HW, most likely, this is HW issue.
