P765 -Software FREEZE when Flashing ! - GSM-Forum

When trying to repair P765 Security ERROR the software freeze and now phone dead... What is the problem !!

What is exact state of the phone? Can You put the phone into Emergency ( Download mode manually)? If You can put the phone into Emergency mode, please install the latest Software version and try to perform Write Firmware, please disconnect all other devices and close any other software on the PC.

When came. Phone was on with SECURITY ERROR. Now after flashing the software just freeze. Phone now in dead state. Only REPAIR button is Detecting the phone but when reaching Erasing... the software freeze... and we get his error !

Please install the latest Software version and try to perform Repair operation, after post here full software log.

I cant POST log since the software FREEZe... Tried on 2.1.7 !!

Unfortunately same problem ..... It Freeze.. and same warning message !!

You phone is not responding of Software CMDs. If problem with test Software version remains the same - most likely device has HW problem. Please check phone's HW.

Can you give me the old version of 2.0.4 something.. when you first doing the p765. I was using and old software it was flashing then it failed during a long process..

after that i updated to latest version. See if you can send me and old version . please

Currently 2.0.4 version isn't available, please use the latest software version.
