What is the state of the phone? Why did You decide to reflash it?

Software can't erase and write u-boot section. Most likely, device has HW problems (problems with eMMC flash chip).

Try to perform the Repair operation again: connect the cable directly to motherboard USB port, don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB cards. Try to connect the device to another motherboard USB ports. Try on another PC. If the problem is the same, this is HW problem.

Octopus, team, I'm not an expert but, I have a P769 with the same phone, and is the second one that octoplus box kill, because all phones before use octoplus turn on. next time I will use the normal way, I have octoplus to make everything easier but that is not easy, this one has a problem that said encrypting or something like that, so i flash with octoplus and same error as OP. more likely is a error in the software. please check it.
