What is exact state of the phone? Why did You decided to re-flash it? Can You put the phone into Emergency (Download) mode?

My phone problem was customer forget paternlock so he try to heardreset after finish phone is not startup, lg logo with restart.then he come to me & I'm download firmware in octoplus support area>>LGH815_V20A_00.oct 3.21 Gb 2015-11-21 3452 & I put the phone into Emergency (Download) mode then I;m flashing but phone was dead after flash.Again download firmware in octoplus support area>>h815_v10b_00.oct 3.39 Gb 2015-10-12 1472 & flash again reasult same. Now what can I do my dear octoplus team.

I'm also waiting for your valuable decision for solve my problem.on the other way Now I'm downloading this firmware support area >>>h815_v10c_00.oct 3.38 Gb 2015-10-12 1308 this is last firmware on support area. thnx alot dear octoplus team.

Most likely You are downgrade the firmware version, downgrade firmware for this phones can brick it. Can You put the phone into Emergency (Download) mode, if You can do this then download the latest firmware version and try to reflash the phone, if problem still remain, You can restore the phone with Medusa Pro Software.

I have no Medusa Pro Software.
anyway reflashing solved my problem I'm happy.anyway not done Unfortunately my luck is bad.
