Dear Octopus Team I have lg and samsung octopus box more then one month ago facing problem in moth box while open octopus some time showing card nor found today i formatted my pc both box not work showing same issue

Hello.

Please, remove card from box, clean all contacts, insert back into box and try to update card again, if problem still remain, remove card from box, insert into another card reader, dongle and try to update card.

yes its working if i use another reader how to solve the box issue i have to use the reader in same box

why this octopus is showing error all are saying useless reason who can solve this issue
