Hello.

What is the state of your device exactly? What is the firmware version in the phone?

To write firmware, You should use the special P999 cable with 910 kOhm resistor inside, not standard Micro USB cable! Connect the device directly to PC motherboard USB port, don't use any USB hubs or USB PCI extention card, this is important. Connect only to PC motherboard USB port. Try to write firmware on another PC.

If the problem is the same - check HW, this can be HW problem.
