Hello.

Please, make sure that You perform these steps:

To connect the phone in Normal Mode, do the next: Select "Charge Phone" in "USB PC Connection" menu. Type ##3424#, go to "Diag" menu and select "Enable". This menu is blocked by SPC/MSL.

Please, enable diag mode as it described in Software manual then repeat operation which You need again and post here full Software log.

Please, reflash the phone with ZV8 firmware version from the Support Area, then repeat Unlock operation again, after insert sim card and check network again, post here full Software log with all performed operations.
