| Is it possible, that my smart card is dead? Helo! I have octopus box and until today it worked fine! I didnt try to update only i try to use ,but when i start any software ( lg, SE or samsung) i got : Card not found! ( Green and red light is lighting on box) I restarted pc, install drivers, ect.. but same problem! If i check device manager, there i see com port for my box. The updater didnt work, because it cant detect card! Is it possible that my card is become dead? How does it possible and why? What can i do now, only some days ago i activted samsung software too! |

| Hello. Please re-boot PC, connect Box to another USB port, re-install Box and Card drivers and try again. If the problem will be the same - please contact us, we will look remotely via Team Viewer where is the problem. Our contacts You can find in our profile. |
