Problem with LG Infineon, need some help !!! - GSM-Forum

i want to know somthing abt lg infineon, i have KF510 and i want to do reset my phone by Factory Set but after connecting some features does not highlight: Read Info, Factory reset, Imei A fix etc.

Softwara says phone should be power oN to get info, for factory setting or to repair Imei but problem is phone can not be connect with powerd on, if i connect fully powerd on phone then software says Disconnect battary and connect usb cable to phone, wat is this. . .

Plz guide me wats the actual procedure to be able to use that given below features ???

-How to do Factory Set ?
-How to get Phone Info ?
-How to Repair Imei ?

Problem solved

actually i was using usb but that functions has need to be com connection.

i have same problem too with kp500 ,infinion models have this problem too

To perform "Factory Reset", "Phone Info" and "Repair Imei" operations, you should connect powered On phone with KE500 cable and phone lights must be On.
Please more carefully read text messages from log window
