Exclamation Problem with LG soft: always Pleas update your octopus card


hi
i have octopus box with activated Samsung and LG, i have no problem with Samsung soft only lg soft show in every lunch pleas update your octopus card

there are many cards Serial are detected .. which is not valid

i think better connect only Octopus Box or Related Smartcard Connect and check it.

sorry may be i miss understood

just connect and only Activated LG Card and Box . and disconnected other boxs and dongles . and try again . sometime it will conflict . if other smartcard readers are connected

Hello.

Please disconnect all other boxes/cards from your PC, then try to launch the Software. You should not have other boxes/cards connect, while using Octoplus box and You shouldn't keep Octoplus box connect while not using it.
