Problem ls676

Problem with ls676 after unlock. Phone will make calls, not receive calls.
Phone was unlocked on zv5, since updated to zv6.
When incoming calls come in, phone disconnecting from network.

Try to do the following:
1. Perform Hard reset.
2. Try to perform the "Unlock" operation again.
3. Post here full Software log with performed operations and write the result.

Still same problem. Phone makes calls. Internet and messaging work.
You call the phone ,phone looses signal when trying to connect, hangs up on caller.
