Problem with unlock D801[Solved] - GSM-Forum

I was using LG tool V.2.0.5 for unlocking D801 for a while without any problems. I've unlocked around 20 D801 phones without a problem using this software version.

A few days ago, I upgraded my Samsung tool software. When I ran Samsung tool, I received a message saying that my box firmware needed to be upgraded. I upgraded and used Samsung tool without any problem.

Now, today I ran the LG tool that I had installed and received a message that the software version I was using (V.2.0.5) was not compatible with my box firmware and I woiuld need to upgrade the LG tool software.

I upgraded the LG tool software and now I can no longer unlock D801 model. It seems like it exits before the process is completed without explanation.

Also, I tried to post the log generated during the unlock operation but I received an error from the website saying that I am not allowed to post links.

Hello.

Please, copy full Software log from the Octoplus LG Tool and post here as a message, or upload log file to some files hare and post here link or send us in PM.

Update:

I thoroughly cleaned all Octoplus software from my computer and all software and drivers related to Octoplus. I then reinstalled everything from scratch and when I retried the unlock operation, Success!!
