What do You mean exactly still blocked? Did You try to insert SIM card and check whether network will appear?

yes, after the process install a sim card and it said invalid sim

Please, make a video where we can see phone's IMEI with inserted SIM card and try to make a call, after send it to us in PM or to claim mail.
