Hello.

For this phone model Write QCN isn't supported, to repair imei, please perform Repair IMEI operation, accordingly to the software manual, in software press "Cable & Manual" button.

Please make sure that You perform these steps: Please, power phone ON, connect P990 cable (with 56k resistor), connect correctly to USB port of your PC (don't use HUB) type
3845#*768#, go to "Port Setting", select "CP Reset" (or "CP Image
download") and click "OK"... also please install all drivers accordingly to the software manual.

Please, reflash the phone with correct firmware, don't downgrade the firmware version, then repeat Repair IMEI operation, after post here full software log.
