Hi, I have an October pus and I am trying to install it on the pc of the store, but I am without internet, and I can not make it work ... how do I solve this problem?

What is the problem exactly? Please install Software and necessary drivers and You can use Software without Internet connection. Or do You need to update card? It is impossible to update card without Internet connection.
