adb reboot bootloader

fastboot oem unlock

fastboot flash recovery C:\path\to\the\recovery.img

a-remove battery and reboot to recovery (Press volume down and power Like you would hard reset it)

b- Go to wipe, format Data and yes

i've done this like million times but not without removing battery after flashing the recovery , but now with this trick it's done now , thanks alot
