Hello.

Please, explain your problem more detail? Does FRP is still present on your device? What is the exact state of your device?

Most likely, your device firmware was upgraded to Android 7.x.x version (current firmware versions for this device with Android 7 version are detected as Android 6 from Download Mode, so it not possible to detect real version from Download Mode), and this not allows to perform Reset FRP via currently supported method. We research new solution for Android 7.x.x for this device.

Also, if phone's data are not important for You, You can try to make "Reset FRP" again and then make "Factory Reset":
1. Power off the phone.
2. Press and hold "Vol-" and "Power" buttons until the phone will not enter in Bootloader Mode.
3. Select recovery Mode (Vol-, Vol+) and press "Power" button - the decumbent (lying) robot-android should appears.
4. Press "Power" and "Vol+" shortly.
6. Select "Wipe data/factory reset".
