| sh240 error in flashing help please help on my sh240,,i want to flash it with flash file downloaded on support but its stop in armm and i tried again it says erasing efs...failed now logo cyon only,,, thanks in advance |

| action taken: 1. unlock phone,,,ok but can't used reply on message inbox 2. download flash file at support,,, 3. load flash file and flash. 4. flashing failed at writing mibib,,im not sure if its mibib..i forgot 5. now phone can't detect to my pc.. need to enter boot mode maybe it will connect.. can you pls give the boot mode key?,,tia |

| Please post here software log with the process of writing firmware. All logs are here: "c:\Program Files\GsmServer\Octopus\LOG\". Also try to put the phone into Emergency mode (fully charge the battery, reconnect the battery, connect the cable, press and hold "2" + "5" + "Power On" keys) and write the firmware again. |
