my windows is hungin and cant do anything

only reset help

please tell me is it my windows problemm?
if windows problemm why is working ok on v 2.3.1?

now another bug with ls990

when press write firmware button(phone is connected via emergecy mode)

5. Enable "Settings" -> "Developer options" -> "USB debugging" option
6. Connect the cable and check, whether ADB interface has appeared in
PC Device Manager.

There can be 2 reasons for this problem:
1. You don't have necessary installed on your PC.
2. Other Software on your PC blocks connection with the phone:

1. Install the latest Software version.
2. Install necessary drivers:

3. Restart PC.
4. Close all third party Software (Android managers, modem dashboards, etc.)
5. Switch the phone to Emergency Mode (use USB port of PC motherboard for connection).
6. Repeat "Write Firmware" operation.
