Hello and welcome, Fix IMEI is not intended for change imei, it is to repair imei, in other words to restore original imei from phone. So you have to write phone´s original imei located in back sticker. If you want to use diffrernt imei have to look anywhere else how to generate random imei or use some dead phone´s imei. Keep in mind that imei change is illegal in some countries and octopus box has no responsablity. Proceed with caution.

You can get latest *.log files from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder.
