There was no block on our boxes before update. What is wrong octopus? [Solved]


I have two octopus boxes old and new.

old works flawless but new appears ****ty after updating to 2.0.3

sent several emails with serial number and no one is responding for over a week.

What is going on? Why set our cards to be blocked on 3 updates?


Please fix your servers and free our cards to work with our customers

Why You updated your card many times? You need to update it only one time, no need to update it more. Please write us to PM your cards S/N, We will check.

The update only came after the block by your server.
But anyway, My card SN is: 020XXXXX

We didn't block your card - every card has limit of update count, the number of updates of your card has reached the maximum value.
