Your box isn't updated yet. Please perform Box Firmware Update and then repeat registration procedure.

Make sure you're using direct Internet connection, firewall and/or antivirus should be turned off. Also do not run "Octopus software", "Octopus updater" or any other software which uses smart-card protection while working with "Boot-Loader Download Manager" and vise versa.
