opening support page and after that it goes dull colour

i am not able to access support area plzz give solution

Hello.

Please just install (set) another browser (not IE), as default browser and try to go into Support Area again. Write here the result.

Hey Octopus supporters

there is the problem during activation Octopus LG on the Octopus Samsung card but this giving this error

Yes, it works on 8 & 8.1 even on windows 10.
Make sure you "disable driver signature enforcement" before install Octoplus box on PC.
