i flash a lg gs390 and afterward the phone does not start on it can not be detected by box plz help

What was the state of your phone before?

A eeprom file which lg tool from setool3 make i tried to unlock that phone with that tool but after i got yellow screen so that was when i converted the file to try to use the octopus box to repair it

You shouldn't convert unknown EEPROM from another tool into Octopus firmware! Firmware convertor converts only original LG firmwares into Octopus file format. Please make Repair EEPROM, then write firmware from the support area.
