Unfortunately, currently no solution on how to unlock this device with ZVD firmware version:

You can't flash with any other firmware, if You will try to downgrade phone's firmware version, You will damage your device. Please, stay tuned for future updates, we are working on solutions.

Can it be downgraded via jtag? i understand that downgade via regular flashung will kill phone but what about full flash via jtag?

You can try to write modem part of older firmware via eMMC. Read Full flash from the device before writing.
