unlock lg v495

Hi octopus team, i'm trying unlock a lg v495 but i cant connet the log is:

First power on phone without sim and go to setting devolper option on and tick usb dubbug

then phone connect with pc directly port

then unlock
after success report

i did that but the box doesn't recognize the tablet, its like the box expected a com port but the tablet does not generate one

Try This Procedure Direct Unlock

Remove SD and SIM cards from the phone;
Connect powered-on phone to PC with Micro USB cable;
Install necessary driver;
Click "Unlock" button;
Follow software instructions (prompts).
Note: To connect the phone in Normal Mode, do the next: Go to "Settings -> PC connection -> USB connection type -> Select USB Connection method" and select "LG Software" ("PC Software").

Hello.

If on your device Android 5.x version, please first Enable USB Debugging mode, then connect phone to PC and select Charge only -type of connection, after try to perform Unlock operation, also check that drives are correctly installed and device connected directly to USB port of your PC, don't use HUBS.
