I'm trying to unlock an LG M150 with sofware version M15020m but octoplus say "Get credits, needed for current operation...Failed!" and i have 100 credits in my account. What happen?

Hello.

Please disable antivirus and firewall on your PC if they are running, re-boot PC and try to perform the operation again. Post here the result.

Also try to use full Software version, not lite (here is direct link for You: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1nX...Gxit3LxMnxwdr-).
