Update card question [Solved]

Constantly Octoplus ask me for update the card (i don´t know why so often), but today after attemp to update guiveme this:

Server greeting: "Card updates server v.2.2"
Searching installed cards...
Found card with s/n 00039170
Selected card: 0000039170
FFFFFFFF!=00039170
Can not select card!

What does it mean?

but still asking why have to update constantly (3 or 5 times in a month), is it normal?

The problem can be with Box card reader. At first, when Software asks to update card, try to reconnect Box and then runs Software again without card updating. Also always disconnect all other connected devices to PC before to run Software. Also You can try to put card into external card reader and check, whether the problem is still exist.
