VS870 cant connect normal mode

Hi, i have VS870 here need to flash.
After v1.6.8 failed to flash (every time stops on modem.bin 1024kb)

But now - IMEI = 0

Tried to repar IMEI with Octopus but its FAILED again:

Could not detect mode!

Drivers installed from the octopus web page:
"LG VZW_United_WHQL_v2.11.0.exe"
Tryed different USB cables (just in case) and changing USB ports on PC side.
Cant connect in normal mode for any operation.

Suggestions?

In general, such error arise when phone's battery level is low.

To connect the phone in Normal Mode, do the next: Go to "Settings -> PC connection -> USB connection type -> Internet connection" and select "Modem".
