I have a lot of experience with this box. For some reason getting stuck here. Any idea?

Hello.

Please, make sure that You perform all the steps, according to the Software manual:

To connect the phone in Normal Mode, perform following steps:

Type ##7764726987 and press "Call" button;
Input Service Code ("000000");
Go to "W2BI - TEST SETTING" and select "W2BI SETTING ENABLE";
Go to "Port check test" and select "Enable".

After repeat Repair IMEI operation again.

Note: You can use Reset Security operation for resetting phone's security (when phone's Security Area is damaged, IMEI is 0000000000000000 or exist problems with repairing Security Area) to default state. After performing this operation, You should make Repair NVM, then Factory data reset and Repair IMEI.

I have the same problem. The octoplus software freezes after reading info and wont repair imei or wipe security.

Hello.

How your device is detected by PC exactly? Please make photo of Windows Device Managers (with opened Modem section) with connected device and post it here, we will check, probably, You have not installed necessary driver correctly.
