What is exact state of the phone? Why did You decided to re-flash it? Please install the latest Software version and repeat Write Firmware operation again.

In most cases such error occurs, when phone has HW issue. You can try to reflash the phone with original firmware and flashing tool. If problem will remain the same - check phone's HW.
