stays on the lg logo ive tried doing a hard reset but it didnt work so i was trying to reflash the firmware and it gave me that error

Please fully charge phone's battery and try to reflash the phone again. Try to use different USB ports for connection.
If problem will remain the same - try to reflash the phone with original firmware and flashing tool.
