samsung sgh-i547c *#9090# or *#0808# Not Working

I have a Samsung sgh-i547c Rugby Pro here that I am trying to unlock but the diag menu doesn't show up. *#9090# and *#0808# doesn't seem to do anything and *#7284# will only bring up PDA and Modem as options. Anyone have any solutions to this issue? It's running Jelly Bean 4.1.2

I have tried *#197328640# as well which brings up another menu, but still can find diag menu.

Not sure why this thread was moved to this section since this is an android phone, but I will post my findings in here anyways.

The way you fix this is to install PhoneUtil.apkon the phone, then when keying in *#7284# it will then display the Qualcomm USB Settings menu.
1. Connect the phone to your computer using the USB cable.
2. Wait until drivers are successfully installed.
3. Go to My Computer.
4. Click on your phone icon, e.g. Galaxy S4 i337 M919 etc.
5. Click on Phone.
6. DOWNLOAD PhoneUtil.apk file in your Computer and Drag or copy PhoneUtil.apk file from the COMPUTER DESKTOP(or the place where you DOWNLOAD in your computer) and place or paste it onto your Phone folder.
7. Disconnect the phone from your computer.
8. Go to the phone’s Apps > My Files > All Files and select PhoneUtil.apk file.
9. If you read Install blocked warning, click on Settings, checked Unknown sources, click on OK and hit back button.
10. Select PhoneUtil.apk file again.
11. Scroll to the bottom and click on Install.
12. If you read Verify apps? warning click on Agree.
13. Once the application is installed click on Done.
14. Go to the phone’s keypad and dial *#7284#
15. Select PDA option.
16. Go to Qualcomm USB Settings and select the DM+MODEM+ADB option and hit OK.
17. Select Home button to exit the PhoneUtil screen.
18. Connect your phone to the Computer.


All I did was downloaded the file and placed it on an sd card, then put the card in the phone, and went to My Files and just installed the file from the sd card.

the link you have provided is changed or removed I guess as its showing a Chinese language page only so no clue where to download the "PhoneUtil.apk"

That is what I want to unlock the i547c, I had this small utility and I lost somewhere I don't know.
