Unhappy Samsung w169 hang on logo....

Hello all the members i have 1 samsung w169 cdma+gsm handset, the problem is that when i power on its hang on logo.... if anybody have solution for this phone please help me.....

plz tell me how to use pst i install successfully but not show any icon i see in c samsung electronic w-169 folder but folder empty ......
