Huawei c2900 emergency flashing problem - GSM-Forum

Hi

Plz help me on this problem.

MODEL = HUAWEI C2900
VER.= C2900V100R001C02B109SP01

MY HUAWEI C2900 IS NOW DEAD.

WHEN I M TRYING TO EMERGENCY FLASH USING PST 122, SET IS DETECTING BY PC, BUT AFTER TAKE BACKUP, SHOWING FOLLOWING ERROR "YOUR COMPORT 1 IS NOT SUPPLYING ENOUGH POWER" & THEN BIN UPLOAD FAILED.

JUST CHECK URE BATTERY. MUST BE FULLY CHARGE. THEN TRY TO FLASH.

check for following

* dont use usb to serial prolific cables use infinity or et interface.
* check the virus infected drive i.e C: drive
* reinstall pst 122
now the most imp of all !

Use these keys in huawei phones to put them in force mode
push start download in huawei pst wait for 20 seconds now press one of these pairs ,keep pressed for atleast a minute

remember first u press * then 2 then keep pressing power wait 1 to 2 mts
keep refreshing the pc time to time

use one of these sequences >>>>

# + 2 + power
* + 2 + power
* + 5 + power
* + 8 + power
# + 6 + power

since in this case when software complete and then show failed query, retry, no solution at this time, since some of huawei sets i have all versions available and i try to flash with all versions but result same. for me starting my thinking for this fault is that i'm not flashing with appropiate file, but this thing is wtong, since i have address of service center site and now all files nearly available on net so this type of flash problem have no solution, since in huawei sets we almost do flash vai pst and this is very easy process so erase tools are imp., our respected sir mr a.k.singh somewhere mention it that erase tools of huawei is not free of cost, since i think that after erasing(this case retry problem show after flash) if we again implement software it will give sucess.so one guess only that erase tools must but not available, one erase tool of huawei i have and with that i tried so many times but no sucess.

Can"t Recover If Efs Damage Only Jtag Can Recover
