Need Default User Lock and SPC of TATA and Reliance For ETS-2222+ Model

Hi,
I need Default User Lock and SPC of TATA and Reliance For Huawei ETS-2222+ Model .

I am trying to unlock a Huawei ETS-2222+ set . I am using this "Ets 2222+ Fcuker By Assandh Cdma" software to unlock. When I trying to Download the flash, the software showing "Password Error" !! Why it is showing this Password Error ??

I live in Bangladesh . I am trying to Unlock a set of Dhaka Phone . Is this "Ets 2222+ Fcuker By Assandh Cdma" software can unlock the phone Completely ?? Is it accept any RUIM after unlocking ??

If I collect Data with CDMA workshop 2.7 version then will it be OK ??
