plz help classic 206 dead - GSM-Forum

all my senior friends plz help me while unlocking my classic 206 it was dead
uptil step 10 it was in OFFLINE mode then swiched off and havnt swichd on anymore
plz tell me correct process of unlocking & is there any way 2 recover my dead set

Tested 206 and 207 many sets no one dead.........
