You have 2 ways to fix QHUSB_bulk or qualcomm missing drivers. Both method have been tested by me.

Method 1:

Download the unsinged driver from the link below.
(Very IMPORTANT): Make sure you have driver signature enforcement disabled! Here's a guide for Windows 10: https://windowsreport.com/driver-sig...nt-windows-10/

After succsesfuly disabling the driver signature enforcemen, you can manually install your driver. Simply go to device manager, right click on non installed driver and chose "Update Driver Software". Than follow the rest of the process, and manually pick the downloaded driver.
You will be given an option of many drivers, but what you want to install is "Qualcomm Hs USB Qdloader 9008" and install it.

Method 2:

Download the singed driver from below, and install the given program. It will automatically add the necessary drivers. If the issue still remains, than you have to do the following:

Go to device manager, right click on non installed driver and chose "Update Driver Software". Than follow the rest of the process, and manually open the following directory [C:\Program Files (x86)\QUALCOMM Incorporated\Qualcomm USB Drivers For Windows\DriverPackage\Qualcomm\Fre\Windows8]. Note that if you installed it on different partition, you will have to find it there and if your using Windows 7 chose it instead. (Windows 8 driver works perfectly on Windows 10)
You will be given an option of many drivers, but what you want to install is "Qualcomm Hs USB Qdloader 9008" and install it.
