use DFS or Cdma-Workshop to make it blank again
can use fresh services from TATA or Reliance operator.

This Data Card Is Hardware And Software (Both) Lock

So after Unlock With CDMA / DFS u need to Join Sim Slot Pin With The Data Card Board to use other network !
