Erase EFS by jtag or flash method , spc will go 000000
now make it RUIM
Now use different dashboard

Never use full dump for modem unlocking , result in dead modem

But the situation is that i got one dead modem due to writing a full dump!!!

I Wrote a wrong dump in AC2736(MDM 6085)Reliance Modem & the modem is in dead condition now.
