e 1731 new ver. unlock solution
1) download huawei dashboard writer
2) download e1731 dashboard update file
3) conect modem to pc install driver
4) open dashboard writer
5) select refresh
6) select huawei mobile connect-3g modem in modem
7) modem show full info com, imei, ext...
8) select load
9) select file - huawei dashboard update
10) tick - select from iso file's name
11) select update
12) prossecs start.... after update don't remove modem to pc
13) open e1731 firmwere update_11.126.15.00.00.b416
14) update modem sucsessful your data card is unlockked
