It is quite strange that the masters have no clue for unlocking this modem. Any good work really appreciated and all are ready to pay for the working solution.

If anyone can provide me Original Firmware Version ( 21.157.13.00.284 )
then i can try to make downgrader...

Hardware version of Airtel E173Cs-1 is CH2E303SM.
I have E173s firmwares for Hardware Version CH1E173SM.
